Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. Pretty Angelz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Pretty Angelz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
